The Cohome Charity is an independent public charity dedicated to creating a lasting social impact through disability-inclusive programs.
Pioneering Inclusion
Our work supports the development of progressive "mainstream" housing models. These homes demonstrate that true inclusivity is built through opportunities for shared experiences and community.
Advocacy
We work to shape inclusive housing policies and promote awareness, ensuring that adults with disabilities have equal opportunities to live in communities where they are valued, supported, and fully integrated.
Fellowships
We provide residential subsidies to Cohome Fellows - individuals who become leaders in our Coliving program.
By embracing inclusion in their own lives, these Fellows help create a supportive, shared-living environment where adults with and without disabilities can grow together.

Jeremy
Jeremy was Cohome’s very first resident. We asked him what he has learned since he moved in. “Anything is possible. Living here has made me feel more important. It is better than living with my mom, and I love living here.”

Jane
Jane is a Cohome Fellow. "I'm really grateful for the time I spend with my housemates, even seeing them in the kitchen in the morning - it always lowers my blood pressure and fills my cup. I just love Cohome; I mean, I’ve extended my stay. I’ve been here for over three years -it really does feel like a family. You kind of stop seeing the disability after a while and just see the whole person, and I think I’ve learned to be a better advocate by presenting this new paradigm."

Simon & Cheri
Cheri is a Cohome parent-advocate. She says “And being here gives him the opportunity to take the lead himself and not be looking to me to be that lead all the time, which is what any young adult is going to learn when they go off to college or leave their parents home.” In Simon’s words, “I love living here and hanging out with my people.“
