Community Living for Adults of All Abilities
Discover a new kind of shared home that supports independence, meaningful relationships, and a true sense of belonging.
What is Cohome?
Cohome is an inclusive coliving model where adults of all abilities share a home, build genuine friendships, and support one another in everyday life. Each Cohome blends private space with shared community, creating an environment that is welcoming, respectful, and rooted in belonging. Our homes are located in walkable neighborhoods, encouraging independence, connection, and full participation in the community.
How the Cohome Model Works
Cohome is built around the idea that people thrive when they live in community. Our model combines shared living, personal independence, and a strong culture of inclusion.
-
Residents enjoy their own bedroom while sharing common areas such as the kitchen, living room, and outdoor spaces.
-
Adults with and without disabilities live together as peers—participating in house routines, respecting each other’s space, and building authentic relationships.
-
Homes are located in vibrant areas with easy access to shops, transit, parks, and community activities, supporting independent and connected living.
-
Residents contribute to household responsibilities, from light chores to shared meals, helping maintain a comfortable and welcoming home.
-
Cohome is not a staffed residence, but residents can receive services or supports from outside providers if they choose.
Who Thrives at Cohome?
Cohome is designed for adults who value connection, independence, and shared living. Residents who thrive in our homes:

Life at Cohome
Life at Cohome is shaped by everyday moments of connection.
