1. Confirm that Coliving is a good fit: Our Coliving program is for adults (18+) who want to live in a disability-inclusive, pro-social household and who possess the basic independent living skills needed for shared community living.

2. Complete all required questions: Please answer each question fully and accurately so we can understand your housing needs, preferences, and fit for the community.

3. Review before submitting: Incomplete applications may cause delays. Please double-check your responses and documents before clicking “Submit.”

4. Submit your application fee: A non-refundable application fee is required. This fee helps cover the administrative costs of reviewing your application and coordinating next steps.
