A New Approach to Direct Support

-
Our Life Skills Mentors provide direct support to help clients build independence, manage daily routines, and reach their goals. We support individuals across a wide range of needs—from those living mostly independently to those who benefit from daily, hands-on assistance.
-
We tailor services to the individual—whether they live mostly independently or need more intensive, daily assistance. Our team is experienced in supporting adults with significant medical, behavioral, and personal care needs. Every service plan is built around the person, not the system—ensuring dignity, respect, and meaningful engagement at every level of support.
-
We believe quality support should be accessible. Our direct support services are available through Medicaid waiver programs as well as private pay. Our team can guide you through the registration process and help build a service plan that fits your budget and goals. No matter how services are funded, every client receives the same high-quality, person-centered support.
